Scope
These terms govern all purchases from Maple Safari Automotive Exports Ltd. (Corp. No. 1803053-7), Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Products
We supply new OEM and aftermarket parts sourced from trusted Canadian wholesalers. Product images are representative; exact brands may vary based on availability, with equivalent or better quality guaranteed.
Pricing
Prices are shown in CAD and KES (indicative rate 1 CAD ≈ 110 KES; final KES amounts may vary with exchange rates). Prices include our sourcing service; import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise in the quote.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment via Stripe or agreed bank transfer. First-time orders require full payment in advance.
Shipping
First shipments are sent by air freight via Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, with typical transit of 5–8 days after dispatch from Canada. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.
Fitment responsibility
Buyers must confirm vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN) before ordering. We assist with compatibility checks but final fitment confirmation rests with the buyer.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the parts supplied. We are not liable for indirect losses such as vehicle downtime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
