Which countries do you ship to?+
We ship to Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, DR Congo and South Sudan, with hubs in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kampala, Dar es Salaam and Kigali.
Do you ship auto parts to Nairobi, Kenya?+
Yes. We fly parts from Canada into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) Nairobi via air freight in about 5–10 business days, and consolidate ocean shipments through the Port of Mombasa in roughly 32–38 days for larger orders.
Do you ship to Kampala, Uganda?+
Yes. Orders bound for Kampala are typically routed through JKIA Nairobi or the Port of Mombasa and cleared inland to Kampala with our partner clearing agents. Bulk and consolidated shipments are welcome.
Do you ship to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Kigali, Rwanda?+
Yes. Parts for Dar es Salaam arrive via the Port of Dar es Salaam (ocean freight, ~38–45 days). Rwanda shipments to Kigali route through Mombasa or Dar es Salaam with inland clearance to Kigali.
How does consolidated shipping work?+
We combine your parts with other Canada-to-Africa shipments in the same container or air pallet. This spreads freight cost across multiple buyers and gives you a lower per-kg rate than shipping alone. Air consolidations run weekly to JKIA Nairobi; ocean consolidations run monthly to Mombasa and Dar es Salaam.

Are your parts genuine?+
Yes — we source new OEM and quality aftermarket parts from trusted Canadian wholesalers, and every part is inspected before shipment.
Can you source hard-to-find parts for European or luxury vehicles?+
Yes. Beyond the common Toyota and Nissan catalogue, we specialise in harder-to-source parts for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Audi, and less common Isuzu, Mitsubishi and Suzuki models. Send your VIN and we'll come back with availability.
How do you confirm a part will fit my vehicle?+
We cross-check your VIN and vehicle details (year, model, engine code, trim) against Canadian OEM and aftermarket catalogues before we quote. If we need extra clarification we ask before you pay — never after.
What happens if a part doesn't fit once it arrives?+
If a fitment error is on our side, we replace or refund the part per our Refund & Return Policy. If the fitment error is on the buyer's side (for example, the VIN or engine code we quoted against was incorrect), we'll help source the correct part on a rush basis. Either way, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can act quickly.

How do I place an order?+
Send us your VIN or a description of the parts you need via the Get a Free Quote form, email info@maplesafari.ca, or WhatsApp +1 306 550 2077. We reply with a landed-cost quote — typically within 24 hours on business days.
What payment methods do you accept?+
For Canadian buyers we accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and Interac e-Transfer at checkout. For export orders we accept international bank/wire transfer in CAD or USD, and PayPal. M-PESA payment for Kenya orders is available on request — contact us before finalising your quote.
What currency do you accept?+
Card checkouts are always charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Quotes can be presented in CAD, USD, KES, UGX, RWF or TZS on request. KES pricing on the catalogue uses a live daily exchange rate.
Do you offer a warranty or returns policy?+
OEM and quality aftermarket parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty where applicable. Maple Safari accepts returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly-supplied parts under our Refund & Return Policy — details at /refund-policy. Return the part in original packaging within 14 days of delivery, and use /request-return to open a case.
Do you offer wholesale/dealer pricing?+
Yes. Garages, fleet operators, importers and resellers can create a Dealer account and see wholesale pricing across the catalogue. Volume and bulk-container orders receive additional discounts — request a quote and mention your monthly volume.
