Simple process
How ordering with Maple Safari works
From VIN to landed cost in four steps — transparent pricing, verified fitment, and export-ready shipping from Regina, Canada to East Africa.
- 01
Send your VIN or part request
Share your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or a description of the part (make, model, year, engine). A photo of the old part or its OEM number speeds things up. Reach us via the quote form, email, or WhatsApp.
- 02
We confirm availability and fitment
Our team cross-checks your vehicle against Canadian OEM and aftermarket wholesaler catalogues. If we need clarification on trim, generation, or engine code, we ask before quoting — no wasted orders.
- 03
We prepare your quote
You receive a landed-cost quote with each cost line broken out: (a) parts cost in CAD, (b) international freight (air to JKIA Nairobi or ocean to Mombasa / Dar es Salaam), (c) consolidation and handling, and (d) applicable duties or clearance fees. No hidden markups.
- 04
We arrange export support
Once you approve, we source, inspect, and consolidate your parts for shipment. We coordinate with your clearing agent at the destination port and share tracking so you know exactly when your parts arrive.
What we quote — line by line
Every Maple Safari quote breaks the total landed cost into these components, so you always know what you're paying for.
Parts cost (CAD)
The Canadian wholesaler price for each item — OEM or aftermarket, quality tier noted per line.
International freight
Air freight to JKIA Nairobi (5–10 business days) or ocean freight to Mombasa or Dar es Salaam (32–45 days), with marine insurance.
Consolidation & handling
Combining your parts with other Canada-to-Africa shipments reduces per-kg freight cost. See Shipping & Logistics for more detail.
Duties & clearance
Destination-country duties and clearing-agent fees, quoted transparently — never marked up.
