Maple Safari Automotive Exports Ltd. ("we," "us") is a federally incorporated Canadian company based in Regina, Saskatchewan. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, shipping address, vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN), and order history. Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To process orders, provide quotes, arrange shipping to East Africa, respond to inquiries, and (with consent) send updates about products and offers.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to fulfill orders (Stripe for payments, freight carriers, customs clearing agents in Kenya). We never sell personal information.
Retention
We keep records only as long as needed for orders, warranties, and legal requirements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@maplesafari.ca.
